From July 2 to July 9, the Mainland-Hong Kong Higher Education National Football Cultural Youth Camp was held at China University of Petroleum (East China) in Qingdao. The Youth Camp is composed of teachers and students from City University of Hong Kong and China University of Petroleum (East China), with 16 student campers and more than 20 bilateral teachers, and has carried out a variety of activities such as table tennis training classes, lecture series reports, and cultural visits.

Professor Mao Haoran, Dean of the School of Foreign Chinese and Doctoral Supervisor of China University of Petroleum (East China), gave a lecture entitled "Little Table Tennis, Big Wisdom - The Instrument and Tao of the National Ball and National Essence" for the youth camp. He started from China's excellent traditional culture, to table tennis diplomacy, and then linked table tennis with the instruments and Tao of "Zhou Yi", "Sun Tzu's Art of War", "Ten Tips for Go" and "Tao Te Ching", and explained the national ball and national essence from a philosophical level.

The teachers and campers of the youth camp visited Qingdao's historical sites and cultural landscapes. Lindonghai, climb Lao Mountain, experience the majesty of the immortal mountain on the sea, and comprehend the wisdom of Taoist culture; Visit Langya Tai, trace the pre-Qin civilization, and explore the blessed land of the four times; Visit Zhanqiao, Cross-sea Bridge, May Fourth Square, Olympic Sailing Base, Badaguan and other places, and appreciate Qilu civilization and Qingdao culture.

At the youth camp graduation ceremony, Jiang Yongzeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Physical Education Department, presented certificates of completion to the campers. "I hope that through this youth camp, we will link up with the young people of the island and Hong Kong, base themselves on the feelings of home and country, expand their international vision, and establish global responsibility."
