Recently, a house in South Australia was listed for only 85,000 Australian dollars, which may be one of the cheapest properties in Australia.

However, a real estate agent listed a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom wind deflector property in the South Australian township of Coonalpyn for just $85,000 as an "affordable" option.
The property occupies a plot of 1149 square meters and is located at 32 Peake Terrace with a complete basic structure.
Agent Alastair Johnson listed the listing and said it was also attractive to investors or renovators who were keen to "buy, remodel, and then resell to earn the difference" given the housing shortage in the agricultural area.
