It is getting closer and closer to Christopher Nolan's new film masterpiece "Oppenheimer" landing in theaters, and the hype surrounding the film includes the "real shot" of the nuclear bomb explosion, the ultra-luxurious cast, the whole film without computer CGI special effects, etc., and now the publicity stunt of "Oppenheimer" seems to have increased a little, because the film does look like an R-rated film.
The film stars Cillian Murphy (not a supporting role!) In an interview with the Guardian, he revealed the romantic elements in the film, including long nudity scenes between himself and another star, Florence Pew, and scenes that the two will play on the screen for children. Clian Murphy also revealed that there will be some complicated scenes between him and another starring Emily Blunt (who plays Oppenheimer's wife) in the film, although this complexity is not known what kind of "complex" scene it is.
While nudity and child-friendly footage is not a new thing for Hollywood movies, it seems a bit novel to Nolan. Throughout Nolan's 25-year directorial career, his films are actually quite shallow in romantic relationships, and there are almost no pictures suitable for children.
So if this "Oppenheimer" really is what Killian Murphy revealed, then it is likely to break the principles of Christopher Nolan's 25-year directorial career, and this "Oppenheimer" will also become the first R-rated film of Nolan's directing career since 2002's "Insomnia".
Royal supporting actor Clarian Murphy will play the protagonist Oppenheimer in this new Nolan film "Oppenheimer", Emily Blunt will play Emily Blunt's wife Catherine Puning (Kitty) in the film, and Florence Pugh will play Oppenheimer's lover Joan in the film. Tatlock, of course, has another identity: communist. How the film will show the relationship between the three will also deserve the attention of fans.
The film "Oppenheimer" will land in North American theaters on July 21 (domestic selection has not yet been announced), with a duration of 180 minutes. The cast also includes Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pew, Rami Malek, Gary Oldman, Kathy Affleck, and others.
