Enrollment Registration and Eligibility Review Notice
In order to ensure that every school-age child enters school on time for compulsory education, according to the Notice of the Taiyuan Municipal Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in 2023, the matters related to the online registration and on-site qualification review of primary school enrollment in our county in 2023 are hereby notified as follows.
One
Register online
(1) Registration target: children aged 6 or above (born on or before August 31, 2017).
(2) Registration time: 8:00 on July 10, 2023 - 18:00 on July 14, 2023.
(3) Registration method: In 2023, all primary school enrollment will be registered online. Parents (or other legal guardians) of school-age children can register for school after registering their primary school enrollment account with their real names through mobile phones or computers.
(1) APP login entrance: Click "Compulsory Education Enrollment" in the "My Taiyuan" APP, enter the "Taiyuan Compulsory Education Enrollment System", and click "I want to go to primary school".
(2) Official account login entrance: follow the "Taiyuan Education" WeChat public account, click "Microservice - Compulsory Education Enrollment", enter the "Taiyuan Compulsory Education Enrollment System", and click "I want to go to primary school".
(3) Computer: Log in to the http://jyj.taiyuan.gov.cn (Taiyuan Education Bureau website), click to enter the "Taiyuan Compulsory Education Enrollment System", and click "I want to go to primary school".
(4) Documents and materials required for registration (original on-site review, copy retention):
1. Children of household registration age in the county
(1) Household registration book for parents (or other legal guardians) and enrolled children (the deadline for changing household registration is May 31, 2023);
(2) "Housing Ownership (Property) Certificate"; Buyers without a real estate certificate need to submit: (1) purchase contract (first-hand house), purchase agreement (second-hand house and the original owner's purchase certificate at the same time); (2) First-hand housing payment voucher stamped with special financial seal, second-hand housing payment bank transfer record (Alipay, WeChat and other payment vouchers); (3) Official invoices for heating, electricity, gas and water bills paid in the name of the current real estate owner in the past two years, the voucher of the unified charge of the property is not used as a basis, and the order of receipt of invoices is heating, electricity, gas and water;
(3) Medical Certificate of Birth.
2. Children of migrant workers who are not in Taiyuan City
(1) "Resident Household Register" for migrant workers and children enrolled in urban areas;
(2) Residence permit held by migrant workers in the county for 6 months (applied for before January 31, 2023);
(3) A valid "labor contract" for migrant workers entering the city and a certificate that the individual has paid social insurance for 6 consecutive months or a valid "business license" for more than 6 months (applied for before January 31, 2023);
(4) Medical Certificate of Birth of the migrant child.
Two
On-site review of admission qualifications
(1) Children of school-age who have previously reviewed the admission materials by the Education and Science Bureau will no longer undergo on-site data review, but must register online.
(2) From July 10 to July 14, all school districts and nine-year schools must arrange teachers to help parents of school-age children complete online registration and conduct on-site audit confirmation, and online registration is carried out simultaneously with the on-site review, which is completed at one time to ensure that school-age children "should be fully enrolled".
(3) School-age children who work in the county town and rent a house need to provide "one form and four certificates", namely: (1) The "Qingxu County Township Household Registration County Migrant Migrant Children Application Enrollment Survey Review Form" (parents can obtain it from the school district) in duplicate, which has been verified and stamped by the school district where the household registration is located; (2) "Resident Household Registration Booklet" (copy of the address page, head of household, and personal page on a piece of A4 paper); (3) Rental agreement and community certificate; (4) Valid Business License or Labor Contract (applied for before May 31, 2023); (5) Medical Certificate of Birth. Please bring the above "one form and four certificates" materials to Chen Zhuang Primary School for on-site review from July 13 to 14.

(1) All children of household registration age in the county enrolled in primary schools this year and eligible children of non-Taiyuan migrant workers who are not migrant workers in Taiyuan City, regardless of whether they choose public primary schools or private primary schools, must register online within the specified time. Parents and guardians must truthfully, accurately and completely fill in the key personal information of the school-age children, ensure the authenticity of the information (especially name, ID number, household registration, address), and modify the relevant information at any time during the primary school enrollment period, but it will not be possible to modify it after the enrollment time expires. After the online registration is completed, the household registration information of each school-age child and the residence permit information of non-Taiyuan migrant workers will be automatically compared in the background of the public security household registration network, and other real estate registration information will be checked during on-site review. Where false information is provided, once verified, the school's qualifications for admission to the corresponding school district shall be revoked, and the guardian's bad creditworthiness record shall be included, and the relevant unit and responsible person who issued the false material shall be investigated for responsibility in accordance with relevant provisions, and the school-age child shall be arranged to enroll in school according to the place of residence.
(2) The "Qingxu County Township Household Registration County Migrant Children Application Survey and Review Form" is a form for the school district where the household registration is located to investigate and review the enrollment of migrant children who are migrant workers in the county town. Parents are requested to go to the school district where their household registration is located to receive the survey review form to fill in truthfully, and the school district will endorse the review opinions after the survey, and submit them during the on-site enrollment qualification review on July 13-14.
(3) Those who do not register in school according to the names assigned by the Education and Science Bureau or do not participate in the balanced class placement will not be allowed to establish student status.
(4) Residential areas that are under development and have not been completed or occupied as a whole are not included in the scope of protection of the school district zoning arrangement.
(5) Those who voluntarily apply for admission to private schools and have already been admitted to school-age children will no longer be arranged for public degrees; The county education and science bureau that has not been admitted may provide public degrees, but it will not arrange the places according to the original zoning scope, and shall make overall arrangements for enrollment according to the vacancy of the degree, and shall not choose a school; According to the spirit of the municipal documents and the regulations on the management of student status, all school-age children who leave our county to study in other places or private schools shall not be vacant in their school registration in the county.
Special Notes:
1. The order of online information registration has nothing to do with whether or not you can enroll, and parents are advised to adjust the registration time to avoid the registration peak. A child of school age can only apply for registration once, and duplicate registration is invalid.

School-age children with disabilities may register at Qingxu County Special Education School with a disability certificate, and the school must be able to receive them as they go. Children with disabilities who meet the conditions for attending ordinary schools may also attend primary schools in the school district with classes, and in accordance with the spirit of Document No. 49 [2016] of Qingjiao Kezi, no school may refuse to accept school-age children with disabilities for any reason.
