31 Apps (SDKs) that infringe on user rights and interests

Notification of Apps (SDKs) on Infringement of User Rights and Interests (4th batch in 2023, 30th batch in total)

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attaches great importance to the protection of users' rights and interests, and continues to carry out special rectification actions for APP infringement of user rights and interests in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law, the Cybersecurity Law, the Telecommunications Regulations, and the Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users. Recently, our department organized third-party testing institutions to inspect mobile Internet applications (APP) and third-party software development kits (SDKs) such as leisure and entertainment, practical tools, and travel services that are of concern to the public. 31 apps (SDKs) were found to have violated the rights and interests of users (see the annex for details), and are hereby notified.

The above-mentioned apps and SDKs should be rectified in accordance with relevant regulations, and if the rectification is not in place, our department will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
