On July 7, "Music Lights Up the Soul, Art Inspires Life" - the 2023 Taishan Children's Art Festival was officially launched at the Taishan Grand Theater, Tai'an Culture and Art Center. This event is one of a series of brand activities jointly created by Tai'an Culture and Art Center and Tai Baoli Theater, which will run throughout the summer.
The children's art festival will start from the beginning of July to the end of August, and the activities include three parts: the summer cinema parent-child drama concentrated performance, the children's art art collection and performance, and the 2023 "Midsummer Tai'an" string summer camp. Among them, the summer cinema parent-child drama focuses on a total of 13 projects and 15 performances, covering musicals, immersive interactive children's dramas, burlesque clown performances, English children's dramas, etc., full of fantasy stage performances, bringing artistic enlightenment and enjoyment to children and teenagers.
The collection and performance of children's art works mainly through online collection, offline review, professional guidance, performance reporting forms, select a group of children with artistic expertise in Western music, folk music, dance and other artistic specialties, provide them with free support including venue resources, stage technology, performance planning, marketing, etc., relying on the resource advantages of the theater, cultivate local young artistic talents, let children harvest the physical and mental pleasure and relaxation brought by learning art, and illuminate and warm every soul who loves art.
The 2023 "Midsummer Tai'an" String Summer Camp will invite high-level teaching experts from top professional music colleges at home and abroad to teach and exchange in Tai'an, including young performers who are active on the domestic front-line stage and chamber musicians who have won the highest diploma in European chamber music, so as to promote the development of Tai'an string art, improve the music appreciation level of young music lovers, and enrich the summer life of children's string lovers. In addition, Taishan Grand Theatre also organized online and offline interactive exchange activities with professional art teams, allowing young audiences in Taicheng to feel the charm of art through communication activities with masters.
This event is hosted by Tai'an Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, organized by Tai'an Culture and Art Center, Beijing Poly Theater Management Co., Ltd., and implemented by Tai'an Baoli Theater Management Co., Ltd. In May 2021, the city introduced the Poly Theater brand to host the Taishan Grand Theater, and the settlement of the Poly Theater brand greatly enriched the cultural life of the masses in Taicheng. In the past two years, Taishan Grand Theatre has presented more than 100 wonderful performances by provincial, national and even international outstanding artists and art groups for the audience of Tai'an, and more than 100,000 audiences have walked into Taishan Grand Theater to feel the charm of art.
