The reporter learned from the meeting that the 8th China (Shanxi) Food Catering Tourism Expo and the first China Shanxi (Xingxian) Mixed Grain and Noodle Culture Festival with the theme of "Xingxian Miscellaneous Grain and China's Good Grain Food" will be held in Xingxian from July 20 to 22.
The expo and cultural festival arranged the theme exhibition of mixed grains and pasta, set up an exhibition area of 6,000 square meters, set up 100 standard booths and 10 large-scale booths, and simultaneously carried out the "Xingxian Mixed Grain China Good Grain Good Grain" food exhibition tour activity. During the period, the organizer will actively apply for the titles of China's landmark cuisine - Xingxian Miscellaneous Grains, Xingxian - Hometown of Miscellaneous Grain Gourmets, and Xingxian Ecological Miscellaneous Grain Good Food Base. The organizing committee will select the top ten multigrain gourmet brands in Xingxian County, and organize famous restaurant catering leading enterprises in the province to sign contracts with Xingxian enterprises.

In 2022, Xingxian will be named "the hometown of mixed grains in Shanxi" and "the hometown of mixed grains and gourmet food", the planting area of miscellaneous grains in the county has exceeded 400,000 mu, and the output value of the miscellaneous grain industry chain has reached 1.024 billion yuan, accounting for 83% of farmers' income from growing grain and 55% of the per capita disposable net income of farmers, and radiation has driven 35,296 households and more than 100,000 people who have been lifted out of poverty to increase their income and become rich.

A series of scenic spot quality improvement projects, such as the comprehensive management of the landscape of the Caijiaya section of the Weifen River and the construction of the tourist service center of the 48 Martyrs Memorial Hall, show a good image of Xingxian to tourists from all over the world.
