【Abstract】: Intelligent lighting system is gradually landing in the design and construction of data centers, and the application scenarios are constantly enriched, and it is also gradually reflected in the transformation of data centers. Combined with the actual case of data center lighting system, the advantages and disadvantages of different lighting modes are analyzed, and the application of intelligent lighting in data center is explored. In the construction and transformation of intelligent lighting systems, the construction and management of data centers should comprehensively consider energy saving, cost and operation and maintenance management, and make full use of site conditions. It is believed that intelligent lighting systems will be used in data centers in a variety of forms.

0. Preface:

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's requirements for working and living environment are getting higher and higher, and the requirements for lighting systems are getting higher and higher. Energy consumption in the field of lighting accounts for a considerable proportion of total energy consumption, and saving energy and improving lighting quality are imperatives. As an important part of electricity consumption, lighting electricity has accounted for about 10% of electricity consumption, and with the rapid development of the mainland's national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, lighting electricity will continue to increase.

1. Project Introduction:

Luxian Big Data Center project is located east of Guangzhou Road, south of Xiangjiang Road, north of Minjiang Road and both sides of Zhengzhou Road in Heze Economic Development Zone, based on the overall planning of the development zone, comprehensively considering the nature of each functional plate and the surrounding adjacent land for overall planning and design, and striving to build a pleasant new area of big data and cloud computing services. The annual output value can be increased by 10 billion yuan, tax revenue will be 800 million yuan, and 9,000 new jobs can be created.

This paper introduces the intelligent lighting scheme of Luxian data center, using Acrel-BUS intelligent lighting control system to intelligently control the on-off of the lighting circuit of the first floor, second floor, third floor and other public parts of the data center, the system networking is KNX bus communication, and the design adopts local intelligent panel control and access to Acrel-iLightControl intelligent lighting control system through IP gateway, and centralized control and monitoring management on the computer side.

1.1 User Needs

l Real-time control of lamps and lanterns in the public walkway to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction under the condition of meeting low illumination at night;

l For the duty personnel in the central control room, the control area can be centrally controlled according to the current needs, and the single-loop switch control and regional control of the area can be realized; Remote and local control are interconnected, and the lighting circuit can be adjusted at any time as needed.

3.4 Main control functions of the system

3.4.1 Timing Control

Using the clock manager of the central control software interface, the timing and automatic management functions of the relevant area lighting of the whole system are realized, and the timing and time-sharing control of public channels, landscape lighting, garage lighting are realized, and users can set the usual lighting, peak lighting, holiday mode timing shutdown, timing notification, etc. as needed.

3.4.2 Scene Control

According to the needs of each department, the intelligent lighting control system sets different types of scene modes, combines various lighting lights, and optimizes the effect of the working environment; Combined with occupancy sensors, when people leave, turn off the lighting in the area.

3.4.3 Real-time monitoring

The central control room is equipped with a central control host, and all lighting control equipment is connected to the monitoring system through the KNX gateway. Operation management personnel can monitor the lighting status of buses, areas, floors, buildings and other lighting status in real time through the central control computer, and can control and adjust according to demand. The system drawing tool supports vector graph and multi-layer page, the graphical page is easy to scale, simple to switch, supports the embedding of DXF, WMF, BMP, JPG, ICON and other graphic objects, supports the drawing of two-dimensional and three-dimensional elements, and increases the spatial effect of visualization.

3.4.4 Incident Notification

The system provides event notification function, supports email notification, text output and event-driven printing, and can trigger the event notification function according to the conditions set by the user.

3.4.5 Calculation of daylight hours

According to the user's current time zone, the sunshine time is calculated as the time reference for timing control.

3.4.6 Data Exchange

The system can directly use the ETS3 or ETS5 project data to facilitate software upgrade and replacement; It can also accept module and system data saved in CVS file format; The system supports OPC services; The KNX-MODBUS gateway enables data exchange with other building intelligence systems such as BA systems.

3.4.7 System linkage

The system can switch the input module to accept strong cut signals from other systems or staff; Realize the linkage control of security system, broadcasting system, conference system, and even fire protection system, and control the lighting of corresponding lamps and equipment start and stop.

4. Concluding remarks:

Energy saving and reliability are the two major development directions of data centers, and they are also key indicators to measure the advantages and disadvantages of data centers. Acrel-BUS intelligent lighting control system is a control system designed based on KNX bus technology to provide lighting solutions for data centers. The system adopts the standard 2×2×0.8 EIB BUS bus (that is, KNX bus) as the bus cable, connecting all the intelligent lighting control modules together and forming a complete control system, which can realize the remote centralized control of lighting fixtures and realize the nearby control function. The theoretical number of connected control modules of the system reaches more than 58,000.
