This friend of mine usually goes out around six o'clock in the morning. Why so early? In the afternoon, he would sort out the collected waste, and then go out again at three or four o'clock to collect the waste until he finished his work at about six o'clock in the evening.
Although it may seem that the work of collecting waste is very free and easy, it is actually very hard. Especially in summer and winter, the summer sun is very strong, and people sweat non-stop when working outside. Especially when sorting out the waste pile under the sun, sweat rains down, and within a few minutes the whole clothes will be soaked. He also told me that because of his excessive sweat loss, he drinks three pots of boiling water a day to rehydrate. Winter is just as hard, with the cold wind blowing on your body as if you were not clothed. The fingers were numb from freezing and the feet were frozen to the point of losing consciousness. Especially on snowy days, sometimes his clothes are even soaked in snow. He told me that he was still young, that he would have to work for a few more years, and that when he had some savings, he planned to go home and open a small shop. This job is really hard.
