
Makeup flower phoenix play peony pattern Aya jacket, Yuan Dynasty, first-class cultural relics. The tomb of the Wang Shixian family in Zhangxian County, Dingxi City, was excavated. Length 63 cm, sleeves through length 115 cm. With a straight collar, the pattern is cut-and-woven, the so-called makeup flower. The pattern is a continuous pattern of flowers and birds, with phoenixes and flowers arranged alternately. The placket is set with brown edges. This type of jacket has also been unearthed in the large urn of the ancient city of Yuanjining Road in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is generally worn on the outside of the narrow sleeve shirt. It is now in the collection of gansu provincial museum.
