The North Yanjiang high-speed railway has made progress again!

China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. introduced that at 3:18 a.m. on June 29, all 76 pile foundations of the north main tower of the Chongqigong Railway Yangtze River Bridge of the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei High-speed Railway were completed, and the main project of the bridge made phased progress.

The bored piles of the No. 4 main pier of the bridge are designed with 76 piles with a diameter of 2.5 meters, and the whole is a mixed arrangement like plum blossoms, the maximum pile length is 120 meters, the drilling depth is 142 meters, and the design monopile concrete square volume is 618 cubic meters. Since the bridge is located at the estuary of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the geology of the drilling area is silty clay, silty sand, silty silty clay, of which the thickness of the silty silty clay layer is about 20 meters, which has the characteristics of difficult hole formation, new equipment requirements and high environmental protection requirements.

In order to ensure the construction quality of the No. 4 main pier, the construction unit scientifically formulates the construction plan, actively allocates labor resources, conducts technical and safety disclosure in advance, researches and develops intelligent post-grouting technology at the bottom of the pile and the pile side, and uses 5G technology to monitor and control the grouting volume, matching ratio, flow rate, pressure and other index parameters in real time, so as to realize the networking, digitalization and visual monitoring of the grouting process, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate control of the grouting volume and the grouting effect.

Chongqigong Railway Yangtze River Bridge

The North Yanjiang High-speed Railway is an important part of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network along the river, and the Chongqigong Railway Yangtze River Bridge is the key project of the North Yanjiang High-speed Railway from Qidong to Chongming.

The Chongqigong Railway Yangtze River Bridge Bridge is 4.09 kilometers long, crossing the north branch of the Yangtze River near about 1.5 kilometers downstream of Qidong Xinsanhe Port, and runs north-south, the north bank of the bridge is located near Wan'an Village in Qidong City, and the south bank is located near Xinglong Village on Chongming Island, about 16 kilometers away from the downstream Chongqi Yangtze River Highway Bridge. The bridge adopts the construction scheme of public railway joint construction bridge of 2-line high-speed railway + 2-line intercity + 6-lane highway, of which the main navigable hole bridge is the main span of 400 meters double-tower double-cable-faced steel truss combined beam cable-stayed bridge, which is the world's largest span public railway dual-purpose ballastless track cable-stayed bridge.

The Shanghai-Yurong high-speed railway (North Yanjiang high-speed railway) has a planned total mileage of 2,027 kilometers, passing through six provinces and cities including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing and Sichuan, and connecting six provincial capitals (municipalities directly under the central government) and 13 districted cities.

The Jiangsu section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Rong high-speed railway (North Yanjiang high-speed railway) starts from the border of Suzhou-Shanghai Province, goes west through Taicang, uses the Shanghai-Chongjiang River Passage to Qidong, and continues west through Nantong, Taizhou, Yangzhou, Nanjing to the border of Suwan Province, with a total length of 371.6 kilometers on the main line, of which the newly built length is 364.8 kilometers. With a design speed of 350 km/h, there are 11 stations in the territory, including Taicang, Qixi, Haimen North, Nantong, Rugao West, Huangqiao, Taizhou South, Yangzhou East, Yizheng North, Liuhe West and Nanjing North.

The Shanghai-Yurong high-speed railway (North Yanjiang high-speed railway) has a mileage of about 52 kilometers in Taizhou, involving three cities (districts) of Taixing City, Jiangyan District and Pharmaceutical High-tech Zone (Gaogang District), with an investment of 12.8 billion yuan. There are two stations: Taizhou South Station and Huangqiao Station.

After the completion and opening of the Shanghai-Yurong high-speed railway (North Yanjiang high-speed railway), it has effectively strengthened the communication between Taizhou and Shanghai, Nanjing and large and medium-sized cities in the central and western regions. In the future, Taizhou to Shanghai will be shortened from the current 2.5 hours to about 1 hour, Taizhou to Nanjing will be shortened from the current 1.3 hours to less than 1 hour, and Taizhou will only need 2.1 hours, 4.9 hours and 5.8 hours to Wuhan, Chongqing and Chengdu respectively.
