The procuratorate alleged that the defendant defrauded nine parents of more than 900,000 yuan in Beijing and other places.

In fact, Liu's education and training institution does invite some teachers from famous art colleges to participate in the training, and also knows some people in this field, but the so-called "planned reserved places" and "internal indicators" are completely scams, and the money he collects from parents is used to pay off debts and squander. When he was urged by parents, he made up all kinds of lies to deceive parents, saying this month that he would personally find a related person to get the admission notice for the child, and next month said that it was done, let the parents take the child to the school for an interview, etc.

But in fact, after the parents arrived there, several times, due to their various reasons, the time dragged on for a long time, and in the end there was no retest, and there was no interview. Parents have no way to take their children back with them.
By the time of the case, Liu still had more than 520,000 yuan not returned to his parents. In the end, Liu was sentenced by the court to 11 years in prison and fined RMB 110,000 for fraud.

The judge introduced that the defendant and the victim are acquaintances, and the reason why he can win the trust of the victim is that everyone around him believes that he entered this well-known military school through this special relationship the year before.
After collecting the money, one day the defendant Zhao was mysterious and went to the victim's home to install a software on his computer, and then entered with a specific password and asked the victim to answer the questions, saying that this was the internal enrollment test of the military school.

While waiting, the victim saw that the university had been open for a long time, and his children's schooling was still fruitless, so he kept urging, and the defendant delayed on the grounds that it was being processed, and also took screenshots to lie that he knew a certain leader on TV, and there was no problem with the matter. It was not until May of the following year that the victim called the police when he saw no hope of going to school.

The defendant lied to his family that he had gone to school, but in fact lived with some of his friends and lived together in the house rented by his friends.
The so-called military school exam was also a question that defendant Zhao himself found on the Internet, and after piecing it together, he put it on a third-party cloud examination platform, falsely claiming that it was just an internal examination of the military school.
In the end, the defendant Zhao was sentenced by the court to five years in prison and fined 50,000 yuan for committing fraud.
