The master architect Gaudí once said: "The curve belongs to God, the straight line belongs to man." "And what about the slash? It seems to belong to an undefined pattern. Oblique objects are multiplicity from a physical point of view; It represents both extreme instability, such as the Twin Towers in Bologna, Italy, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and extreme stability, such as the Egyptian pyramids. Use this undefined slash to construct and divide the space, giving the space a unique spirit of place!

Slash cutting. The realm of diamonds

The lobby reconstructs the slate display space with an oblique cut, breaking away from the original horizontal and vertical way of the building, and creating a spatial state similar to "Lingjing". Diamond cutting is the processing method of diamonds, representing an extreme processing process, diamond cutting makes each face appear in a different light-receiving state, showing a unique geometric beauty.

Through a variety of different proportions of oblique shapes to cut the spatial form, the different volumes are disassembled and reorganized, and the language of geometry is used to build a staggered and contradictory spatial state, which is no longer a traditional material exhibition hall, it is more like a three-dimensional gallery, an unrealistic space spliced by memory fragments.

Chiseled walls to borrow light. Shine into the future

Rhombus: Oblique deconstruction, undefined geometric beauty | Topway design

The original building is enclosed on three sides, except for windows facing west. The designers optimized the building structure, especially opening a three-story hollow patio at the corner of the east corner of the exhibition hall, chiseling a window on the east side of the third floor to bring a beam of sunlight into the interior, the hollow ceiling using an inverted triangle design, and the slope facing the window using mirror material. Through the reflection of the mirror surface, the light is refracted twice, so that the sunlight pours in through the beams and columns, making the entire space instantly sacred.

It is a journey to explore a process, mysterious, cramped, dark and almost oppressive, in order to finally reach the gods, the shocking, magnificent divine light, which appears to us at the last moment.

The introduction of natural light makes the space more natural, soft and moving. Reasonable circulation connects the various functional plates together, creating an open spatial relationship, so that the communication between people returns to the most original, effective and interesting way.

By alternating natural light in space, combined with smooth lines of movement, one can feel an inherent temporality, a sense of uncertainty about space and time. This design creates a situation, a feeling of being here and there, in which people have a unique experience.

Stand on the light corridor, away from the hustle and bustle, feel the wandering between square inches. In the separated and cut space, it is as if entering the realm beyond time. The wooden ceiling is divided diagonally and runs through the entire kitchen space, blurring the boundaries of the space. The elegant cement texture slate gives the space a sense of simplicity and warmth. The light in the morning and evening creates different feelings of cold and warm in the four seasons, allowing people to experience a rich variety of emotions here.

In the space where light and shadow intertwine, visitors have become part of time and space, feeling the tranquility and comfort that space brings us. The tranquil environment gives one peace of mind, the ability to revisit those neglected memories and emotions, and to reflect on the meaning and value of life. This space allows people to meditate, think deeply about the important things in life, and find deeper understanding and comprehension for themselves.

Fantasy Gallery. A place of mystery

Rhombus: Oblique deconstruction, undefined geometric beauty | Topway design

Passing through a long, narrow diagonal corridor and entering the art gallery, the ceiling wall continues the diamond-cut design. The walls are made of dark volcanic stone slabs and metal to create a unique texture. The LED screen in the center of the gallery extends the space into the distance, creating the effect of virtual and real, triggering people's infinite associations and imagination. This space can be used both as a brand roadshow area and as an art salon, providing people with a variety of different experiences and exchanges.

As part of the skin of the building, the slate forms a symbiotic relationship with the building. Due to its texture and variety of materials, the slate can be combined with different architectural spaces to present a kaleidoscopic architectural posture. Under different light and shadow environments and decorations, the different postures of the slate will also form different spatial emotions.

It is precisely because the slab has a unique spatial context, architectural mood and spatial demand scene that is truly related to the user, that it has become a carrier with vitality. The slate gives the building a unique character, blends the building with the environment, and creates an experience for the occupants to interact with the space.

Fang Zhai Ya Room. A poetic place

Rhombus: Oblique deconstruction, undefined geometric beauty | Topway design

"After a long time in the cage, return to nature". Coming out of the narrow passage space, through a hole stacked with stones, there was an open field in front of you. It is designed as an outdoor courtyard with a plain cement slate path and a tea pavilion in the center of the courtyard. The infusion of skylight gives the space a unique feeling, which is endowed with tranquility and poetry.

In this elegant and quiet environment, people can enjoy tea, entertain guests, and feel the natural and rustic tranquility. This courtyard provides a place to be close to nature, allowing people to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere.

From the art gallery to the outdoor courtyard, it creates an oriental artistic conception of "step by step, winding paths". Through the zigzagging garden-style movement, the space is full of mystery, stimulating people's desire to explore and leading them to explore and discover gradually. Each step presents a different landscape and landscape, allowing people to feel the change and flow of space. This approach creates a poetic and mysterious environment in which people can immerse, explore and appreciate.

Through the form of the building block, the design of space deconstruction, the technique of geometric division and the creation of scene experience, the cognition of the product can be displayed, and the brand concept of combining product aesthetics and spatial application can be constructed. The traditional exhibition hall is no longer a single place for selecting materials, but integrates multiple functions such as scene experience, art appreciation and social reception.
