Today I was a guest at my girlfriend's house. It was my first time to her house, so it was a little nervous and exciting.
When I arrived at her house, her mom was already greeting me at the door. She greeted me very warmly and let me into the living room to sit down. Her home is clean and tidy, with simple décor yet warmth. There was a comfortable sofa and some books in the living room which made it feel very comfortable and relaxing.
Her mom made me a cup of tea and started chatting with me. She asked me questions about my work and life, and I introduced myself to her. We had a great chat and quickly became acquainted.
Then her mom took me on a tour of her home. Her home has a lot of greenery and flowers, which makes people feel very fresh and natural. There are a lot of books and stationery in her study, which makes people feel very literary and tasteful. She had some food and drinks in her kitchen that made it feel very tasty and tempting.
At her home, I also met some of her friends and relatives. They were all very friendly and welcoming and made me feel very welcome and respected. We chatted, ate, played games together and had a very pleasant afternoon.
Before leaving her home, her mom also gave me some small gifts as a thank you. These gifts, although not very expensive, made me feel very warm and touched. I know it's an expression of her care and friendship for me, and in return for my gratitude to her.
Back home, I felt very satisfied and happy. This experience made me know my girlfriend's family and friends better, and also made me cherish my relationships and friendships more. I believe that in the days to come, I will continue to work and study hard to create more beauty and happiness for myself and the people around me.
