"Yi" is a Chinese lingering plot that has occupied the commanding height of Chinese culture since its birth and continues to influence the lives of Chinese. Many words in our daily life come from "Yi", such as: change trigram, no three no four, nine five respect, prosperous...
Now that we learn Yi, we can't go back to ancient times to experience or understand how the ancients survived miraculously with strange pronunciation, simple speech, and no words in their short lives? Therefore, "unknowable" naturally becomes a legitimate reason for our unknowability.
About 2,500 years later, after the Spring and Autumn Period, Confucians and scholars of the Spring and Autumn followed the phrase lightly: "The book does not speak, the words are not complete, so the saint erects the image with the full intention." "I don't agree!
As we all know, the highly developed language and writing of human beings now, in the face of the cosmic world, life is impermanent, etc., can never be reproduced or fully expressed, and there are subtle and infinitely changing people's thoughts and emotions! The ancient ancestors had no writing and simple language, and it was as difficult as ascending to heaven to record and inherit the perception of "heaven and man induction" by those "enlightened beings" who were "particularly wise"!
The wonderful thing is that the ancients and today's people do have their own experience of "heaven and man sensing", but this can only stop at self-statement, and almost no one will believe it! Here I do not deny that "Yi" is not only "heaven and man induction", the ancients hope to be a "mortal" who learns nature, uses nature, and even transforms nature.
"Yi" is the "proverb" of those "enlightened" people who were "particularly wise" in ancient China in the face of a world full of changes, disasters and dangers, and prosperous, using "trigrams" to record their personal experiences and some "proverbs" of "heaven and man sensibility" that "mortals" could not understand. They turned all the "stinginess, remorse, and blamelessness" and "fierceness, blame, and fierceness" they had experienced into "Yuanji, Daji, and Ji" who looked forward to the future.
The gist of learning "Yi": righteousness: think of danger in peacetime, and be happy with fate. Elephant number: There is no teacher's protection, such as parents.
Trigram Song: Qian three in a row, Kun six broken. Shake the bowl, cover the bowl. Away from the void, full of difficulties. Deficient in the upper and lower levels.
The basic meaning of the Bagua symbol: dry is the sky, kun is the earth, earthquake is thunder, geng is the mountain, separation is fire, kan is water, dui is ze, and Xun is wind.
The basic nature of the Bagua symbol: dry, Kenya. Kun, Shunya. Shake, move also. Geng, stop also. Away, Reiya. Kan, trap also. Yes, Yue also. Sunda, Iriya.
Bagua symbolizes the family: Qian as the father, Kun as the mother, Zhen Chang male, Geng Shao male, Li Zhong female, Kan Zhong male, Dui Maiden, Xun eldest daughter.
Bagua symbolizes the body: dry is the head, kun is the belly, zhen is the foot, geng is the hand, separation is the eye, kan is the ear, dui is the mouth, and xun is the stock.
