Based on the actual conditions of the township and the characteristics of party members, the party committee of Mengjiaping Township formulated specific standards and implementation plans for quantifying party members' points, dividing party members into four categories, namely, party members who serve as members of the leading bodies of the two village committees, ordinary party members who live in the village and can participate in organizational life normally, party members who are old and infirm and difficult to participate in organizational life, and floating party members who have been away for a long time.

Mengjiaping Township unified standards, established a "Party member points information card", with the branch as the unit, college students working in the village recorded the score, and adopted the method of "weekly record and monthly summary" for quantitative management. Every month, the secretary of the party branch assigns points to the point system according to the content of points and the implementation of activities, and reports the performance points through the theme party day, and strives to make party members have a ruler in their hearts and responsibilities on their shoulders.
