The reporter noted that the latest local policy documents all focus on the development of computing power, increase investment in computing power infrastructure, and emphasize the high-quality development of artificial intelligence to expand the depth and breadth of AI innovative application scenarios. It is rare to issue important documents so intensively around artificial intelligence, and Beijing's determination and strength to build an artificial intelligence highland are clearly visible.

First of all, the "Plan" puts forward 16 key tasks around the five directions of breakthrough key technologies, consolidating the underlying foundation, building an industrial array, promoting scene construction, and building an innovation ecology. The 16 priorities and 21 specific measures revolve around this goal.
