On June 21, Runfeng issued an announcement on the postponement of some fundraising projects. According to the announcement, the company held a meeting of the board of directors and supervisors on June 21, 2023 to deliberate and pass the "Motion on the Extension of Partial Fundraising and Investment Projects", and adjust the time for some raised funds investment projects to reach the expected usable state based on the actual progress of the current fundraising investment projects.
▋The specific situation of the postponement of some fundraising projects
In the absence of changes in the implementation entity, the purpose of the funds raised and the scale of the investment project, it is proposed to adjust the date when some of the fundraising and investment projects reach the intended state of use, as follows:
(1) Annual output of 38800 tons of herbicide project (phase I) - 30000 tons / year glyphosate soluble granules
In order to implement the company's advanced manufacturing development strategy, on the basis of the original soluble granule production technology, combined with the recent technical achievements in the continuous production of glyphosate soluble granules, some of the design and equipment scheme of the project have been improved, further improving the level of automation, improving the safety factor, reducing production costs, and delaying the planned start time of the project. After careful study, the company decided to adjust the expected usable state of the "38,800 tons per year herbicide project (phase I) - 30,000 tons / year glyphosate soluble granules" project to July 2024.
(2) High-efficiency insecticide fungicide technical transformation project
Affected by objective factors, the project EIA procedures were obtained in March 2023, which was postponed from the original plan, in the process of handling the project procedures, according to the relevant requirements of the implementation of the advanced manufacturing development strategy, the company referred to the existing production experience, technical reserves and the current advanced experience in the same industry, the project related preparation production process design and equipment selection were optimized and upgraded, further strengthening the automation and continuity of the production process, the above factors delayed the start time of the project. After careful study, the Company has decided to adjust the time to reach the expected state of use to July 2024.
(3) Annual output of 9,000 tons of clemitan project
The "9,000 tons per year kemitan project" obtained the EIA procedures in December 2022, which was delayed from the original plan, resulting in a corresponding delay in the start of construction, and is currently in the stage of civil construction and equipment ordering. In addition, the company has carried out certain optimization, adjustment and upgrading of the process design of the project, and some devices and equipment need to be redesigned and selected, which slows down the progress of the project. After careful study, the Company has decided to adjust the time to reach the expected state of use to July 2024.
According to the announcement, the company re-demonstrated the "annual output of 38,800 tons of herbicide project (phase I) - 30,000 tons / year of glyphosate soluble granules" and "high-efficiency insecticide fungicide technical transformation project" and "annual output of 9,000 tons of gramdan project". It is believed that the demonstrated project is in line with the company's strategic plan, still has the necessity and feasibility of investment, and will continue to implement the project.
