What an obsessed person can do: Recently, a woman was murdered by an obsessed neighbor, biting off part of her face, sexually assaulting her, and beating her to death in her own home. And the cause of all this was "obsession", before sexual abuse and killing, he inflicted 90 wounds on her, including multiple bites, and eventually he had to face the law and was sentenced to life imprisonment.

After 32-year-old Rhoden Ibison became infatuated with Jennifer Andrews, 35, they met frequently because they were neighbors.

Since Roden became infatuated with Jennifer, his behavior has become extremely grotesque, and he will harass Jennifer from time to time. Ibison, who lives across from Jennifer, bombarded her with text messages because he wanted to have a relationship with her. Jennifer strongly expressed her disgust for him and said that if she harassed her again, she would call the police and threaten.

However, an unexpected scene suddenly happened quietly one day. Jennifer was busy outdoors when suddenly Rodden attacked her from behind, dragged her to his home, spent more than an hour viciously attacking her, and eventually strangled her.

According to Leeds Crown Court, Jennifer suffered more than 90 injuries on her body after the attack. He eventually died of multiple blunt traumas, extensive abrasions on the head, neck and body, broken jaw, head bruises, and brain hemorrhage. She had 13 bite marks on her face, chest, abdomen, back, forearms and thighs, a broken rib, bleeding around her heart, bleeding from her stomach, and internal injuries.

Jennifer's body was found in a remote alley at midnight and was "virtually unrecognizable". When she was taken to hospital, she was pronounced dead at 12:45 a.m.

According to Jennifer's friends, she had told them she was scared and told one of her friends that "she was living in a nightmare." Previously, Roden had threatened to pull out her teeth with forceps and warned her to "sleep with one eye open."

Rodden also confessed to his murder and penetrative assault at an earlier hearing and was jailed. He had previously been diagnosed with mixed personality disorder and his condition worsened by alcohol and drug abuse.

Judge Tom Bayliss KC described his actions as showing "indescribable cruelty." The level of sustained violence and the nature and extent of the harm suffered by the victim concludes that even though you may not have had such intent at the beginning of the attack, you must have developed an intent to kill. ”
