Song Jie's wife spent six months at Pu'er People's Hospital as a volunteer medical expert in 2016. Under the influence of his father and wife, he and the distant mountains of Yunnan have long become "familiar strangers".
When he heard that Jinshan District would select 3 cadres to go to Yunnan to carry out the work of aiding Dian, Song Jie did not hesitate to take the initiative to ask for help. "I opened the head of the family to help Dian, you have to put away this tail, and work hard to do a good job of helping." Before leaving, his father's words were deeply imprinted in Song Jie's heart. At the end of the suspension period in 2019, Jingdong County had not yet been lifted out of poverty, and Song Jie once again took the initiative to apply for a temporary post in Dian.
Today, his daughter has also joined the ranks of her family, leading the planning and organization of the "Shanghai-Yunnan Youth Students English Exchange improvement special volunteer service activities", regularly carrying out remote exchange guidance with Jingdong No. 1 Middle School students every week, and using the holiday to communicate in the field.

Wu Yijun is one of the post-85 single cadres who aided Dian. At first, his parents refused to let him work in Yunnan because he had not yet started a family. But after Wu Yijun repeatedly grinded hard bubbles, his parents finally supported. In the blink of an eye, in July 2019, on the occasion of a new round of rotation of cadres sent by Shanghai Municipality, he accepted the organizational arrangement and re-aided for 3 years, Wu Yijun did not hesitate at all, willing to be a single man who helped the poor in the east and west.
