Mao Shengbin, vice president of public affairs of Tencent, said that in 2022, Tencent took the initiative to report more than 100,000 clues of various types of fraud to the competent authorities, submitted nearly 10 million early warning information of potential deception, and assisted the competent authorities in the governance of fraud-related black samples and the freezing of fraud-related funds.

In terms of social security, Tencent's WeChat and QQ platforms continue to optimize anti-fraud technology: WeChat has further upgraded and built an intelligent risk control engine "Di Listen" system on the basis of the original "Fire Eye" anti-fraud model, which can more quickly and accurately identify fraudulent and malicious behaviors and protect the security of WeChat users' accounts and property; Relying on the data + AI system, QQ has established a complete anti-fraud crackdown program for the whole path of fraud, awakening the defrauded users, blocking fraud behavior, and mining fraud gangs in three aspects: before, during and after the event.

In terms of payment security, Tenpay has built a full-chain capital risk prevention and control system, using risk control and technical means to improve the level of transaction security. When a user is suspected of being deceived, Tenpay will intervene in risky transactions graded according to different situations, such as linking with the National Anti-fraud Center to send pop-up reminders to users, customer service taking the initiative to dial anti-fraud dissuasion calls, etc., to gain a time window for anti-fraud dissuasion.
