Green Cave Lake is a natural cave washed by limestone, the water surface is about 100 square meters, the pool surface is surrounded by strange rocks, different forms, the pool water is turquoise, green as jade, so it is called Green Cave Lake.

Near the Green Cave Pond, there is a "Dragon Palace" stone stele, known by the villagers as the "Mysterious Dragon Palace", someone once threw the chaff from the surface of the pond, and the chaff actually floated out of the well in the neighboring town of Songkou Town, and the villagers were amazed by it, calling it the apparition of the dragon.
After preliminary diving, the scientific expedition team confirmed that the water depth of the green cave pool is more than 50 meters, the water quality is clear, there is no undercurrent, the space is large, the water temperature is constant at 20 ° C - 27 ° C, and the underwater stalactites are well developed, mainly red and green.
Expedition experts said that there are many caves in China, but there is water, especially water-filled caves, and only green cave pools have been found at present, which is the first land underwater fully flooded cavern found Chinese mainland, which is of special significance.
Since then, the expedition team has explored the Green Cave Pond several times, and two years later discovered a little-known hidden history.
In early November 2012, the expedition accidentally discovered more than 10 human skeletons while exploring the bottom of the pond, and what was even more frightening was that the skeletons were bound by chains around the neck and hands, suggesting that this was a mass murder.
In addition, experts also found two rammed earth building components at the bottom of the pond, in the shape of a rectangular shape of about 50 centimeters × 40 centimeters, apparently used for murder.
