(i)

Entrants

1. College students from Chuzhou who return to their hometown to start a business, with a college degree or above, and under the age of 40 (born after May 1, 1983).

2. College students who return to their hometowns to start a business who serve as members of the "two committees", college student village officials, heads of village league organizations, or as reserve cadres of the village "two committees" in the village where the business is started are given priority under the same conditions.

3. Those who have won awards in previous entrepreneurship competitions or have been named as provincial or municipal college students' return to their hometown entrepreneurship demonstration bases (parks) will no longer participate.

(ii)

Project conditions

To apply for the demonstration base (park) project for college students returning to their hometown to start a business, they must be a base (park) independently founded, cooperatively founded or participated in by college students returning to their hometown to start a business, including breeding enterprises, agricultural product processing enterprises, Internet enterprises, as well as facility agriculture, leisure tourism agriculture, ecological agriculture and modern service industry bases.

1. There are projects. The production and business activities engaged in are legal and compliant, and meet the requirements of national industrial policies and social development planning. The built projects are highly radiant, can lead the development of local characteristic industries, and help farmers increase income.

2. There is a venue. There are necessary entrepreneurial hardware, including fixed production sites, bases, etc., and entrepreneurial projects and entrepreneurial sites must have the necessary office conditions in the administrative area of the county (city, district) and below.

3. There are institutions. Registered enterprises and cooperatives must have independent legal personality. The legal representative of an enterprise or cooperative shall be a college student who has returned to start a business, or an enterprise or cooperative shall be founded by a college student who has returned to his hometown to start a business, and there shall be a stable team of management personnel and talents.

How to register

Before June 19, the applicant should submit a written application to the Youth League District Committee to clarify the creation goals and submit relevant declaration materials as required. The application materials include: Chuzhou City College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Special Competition and College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base (Park) Declaration Form (Annex 1), Chuzhou College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Special Competition and College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base (Park) Summary Table (Annex 2).

1. The Youth League District Committee will work with the Organization Department, the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau and the Rural Revitalization Bureau to conduct a preliminary review of the declared projects by means of data review and on-site inspection, focusing on the completeness, authenticity and standardization of the application materials.

2. The Municipal Jury Group scored the entries according to the Declaration Form and selected 16 outstanding projects to enter the finals. The 16 finalist projects further improved the "Declaration Form" by mail to the Youth Development Department of the Youth League Municipal Committee as required before July 14, and provided a project statement video (in MP4 format, it was sent to the mailbox of the Youth Development Department of the Youth League Municipal Party Committee; The content includes self-introduction and project explanation, high definition, landscape screen shooting, clean and tidy background, no backlit shooting with your back to the window, no more than 10 minutes). Indoor and outdoor shooting is acceptable, and college students returning to their hometowns are encouraged to make presentations at the project site to reflect the entrepreneurial scene.

3. Before July 31, the final of the Chuzhou College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Special Competition will be held by means of on-site roadshow. The entrepreneurship special competition adopts the "5+3" model, and the competition time of each project does not exceed 8 minutes, of which 5 minutes of project display can display the entrepreneurial team, products or services, market conditions, drive the surrounding people to get rich, development planning, etc. through PPT explanation, VCR playback, physical display and other forms: 3 minutes for the judges. The entrepreneurship special competition will finally select 1 first prize, 2 second prizes and 5 third prizes in order of high to low scores, and award certificates will be issued and priority will be recommended to participate in the selection of Anhui Province and Chuzhou City College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base (Park).

4. Before August 11, the Youth League Municipal Committee and relevant departments will conduct on-site review of the 8 award-winning projects, reconfirm the completeness, authenticity and standardization of the application materials, and publicize them through the website of the Youth League Municipal Committee and WeChat public account (the publicity period shall not be less than 5 working days). If there is no objection after review, it will be named the third batch of Chuzhou City College Students Return to Hometown Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base (Park), and each will be given a bonus fund of 30,000 yuan.
