In the hundred gardens of human civilization, countries have different histories, cultures, political systems and levels of development, and different development paths, but the promotion and protection of human rights have become the universal pursuit of the international community. Over the past 30 years, inspired by the spirit of the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, the international community has continuously explored ways to effectively promote and protect human rights and promote the sustained development of the international human rights cause.

Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu said that China has always actively participated in global human rights governance, extensively expanded human rights exchanges and cooperation with all parties, and is willing to work with all parties to promote the common values of all mankind, promote the development of global human rights governance in a more fair, just, reasonable and inclusive direction, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.

Robert Kuhn, chairman of the Kuhn Foundation in the United States, spoke in his speech about the relationship between people's democracy and human rights development in the whole process of China. Kuhn believes that the Communist Party of China has continuously expanded the people's orderly political participation, strengthened the protection of human rights and the rule of law, and ensured that the people enjoy a wide range of rights and freedoms in accordance with the law, and China's promotion of people's democracy in the whole process is conducive to promoting human rights.

"Safeguarding the vital interests of everyone living on the planet should be the starting point and foothold of global human rights governance." The Commissioner for International Cooperation and Multilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic, Mazango Mboa San Syr, said that to make the people of the world the main actors, promoters and beneficiaries of the cause of human rights, the world's major countries must fulfill their due responsibilities.

It is the unremitting pursuit of human society to have equal development opportunities, share the fruits of development and realize the full right to development. At the forum, Chinese and foreign guests discussed in depth the practical significance of the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative in promoting the development of human rights in the world.

"Countries need to learn from each other, develop together, and continuously improve national governance." Kulkarni, an Indian writer and promoter of India-China friendship, believes that global human rights governance should adhere to the principle of global democracy, that is, all countries, regardless of size, strength or weakness, and the level of economic development, should be equal.

In the digital era, digital technology has been widely used in national governance and citizens' lives, and in the new environment, how to respect and protect human rights has become one of the important issues of global concern.

Shi Anbin, a professor at Tsinghua University's School of Journalism and Communication, said that in the critical period of digital governance, countries in the Global South should continue the spirit of South-South cooperation, deepen international technical exchanges and cooperation, and stimulate internal innovation.
