This is something that all administrators today must understand.
In the past, the administrative officials not only dared to speak out to the outside world, but also knew everything in the administrative team as the head of the department, and when Yin Zhongrong was the head of the economic department, the court meeting presided over by Yu Hongjun, the head of the administrative organ in Taiwan, was often blunt, and occasionally interrupted Yu Hongjun's conversation and said: "You still let me talk!" The reason why there is such a big gap in the pattern of administrative officials in the present and the past is political factors, and there are also reasons for appointment, the former is difficult to change, the latter still has a cure, the latter's problem is that the proportion of airborne landing is too high, the term of office is too short, it must be known that the airborne is not familiar with the business, the business is not familiar with the situation, the speech is undecided, so if it can be experienced for a few years, it can still be recovered, if the administrative team is reorganized at every turn, I am afraid that the business has not yet been put into power, so since the experience is insufficient, the ability is naturally limited, the thinking is not perfect, and the speech is not accurate.
