The 24 players have won the Champions League at several clubs

author:Firefire says a ball

Scott Carson became the latest player to win the Champions League at two clubs, an achievement that only 23 other footballers have ever had. In City's 1-0 win over Inter Milan, Carson became the third English player to win at more than one club after Daniel Sturridge and Owen Hargreaves.

The experienced goalkeeper did not play during City's title triumph but played a major role in Liverpool's quarter-final win over Juventus in 2005. Here are 24 players who have won the Champions League at more than one club.

Note: We do not include players like Frank Rijkaard, Vladimir Yugović and Dejan Savičević, who won their first European Cup in the pre-UEFA Champions League era (since 1992).

Toni Kroos – Bayern Munich (2013), Real Madrid (2016, 2017, 2018, 2022)

The Germany international played a crucial role in Bayern's treble in 2012-13 and stayed at the club in his first season with Pep Guardiola, when eventual champions Real Madrid beat Bayern 5-0 on aggregate in the semi-finals. He then won the World Cup and joined Real Madrid, winning the Champions League four times in eight years.

Cristiano Ronaldo – Manchester United (2008), Real Madrid (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018)
