At the latest Xbox Games Showcase, Stotic, the development team of Legend of the Flag, brought a new title called Towerborne. Unlike its predecessor in terms of strategy, this is a multiplayer co-op side-scrolling action game that is expected to be released in 2024.
Stotic gained industry awareness with "The Legend of the Flag", a trilogy that took ten years to complete and was nominated for multiple awards.
The color scheme of "Towerborne" is brighter and not as depressing as its predecessor. The trailer tells the story of a group of world heroes who unite to fight against the dark forces of the continent. Bright colors, cool creatures, fast combat, and multiplayer co-op all make players look forward to it. The game will also land on XGP in 2024.
The game's two designers repeatedly emphasized the difference between the game and the past, and Towerborne will include rouge gameplay, where the player's death and rebirth will be connected by a certain currency. The game is suitable for the family, the difficulty of various skills is not high, the variety of weapons is large, and the player is allowed to customize the fighting style.
