In May 2023, the contract sales (contract sales of joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB7.00 billion and contracted sales area of approximately 480,300 square meters, with an average contract sales price of approximately RMB15,000 per square meter, and a contractual sales amount attributable to shareholders' equity of approximately RMB3.53 billion.
From January to May 2023, the cumulative contract sales (contract sales of joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB36.43 billion and contracted sales area of approximately 2,480,600 square meters, with an average contract sales price of approximately RMB15,400 per square meter, and a contract sales amount attributable to shareholders' equity of approximately RMB18.84 billion.
