The site of Qingjian Zhaigou is a large-scale, rich relic and complete Shang Dynasty site found on the Jin-Shaanxi Plateau, which is very rare in the regional political system that coexists with the Shang civilization of the Central Plains, and is currently only seen in the northern part of the mainland, which is of great significance for discussing the political geographical structure of the Shang Dynasty in northern Shaanxi and understanding the cultural exchanges and interactions between the Central Plains and the frontiers during the Yinxu period. On May 30 this year, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage held an important progress meeting of the "Archaeological China" major project in Beijing, and released four important archaeological achievements: the ruins of Huanbei Shangcheng in Anyang, Henan, the archaeological discoveries and research of the Shang Dynasty in Hebei, the ruins of Qingjian Zhaigou in Shaanxi, and the site of Fengtai New Palace in Beijing.
The research team went to Qingjian County Cultural Center, library, museum, life film and television base and other places for field investigation and research, and held symposiums.
