On April 2, 2020, our hospital accepted the case of criminal suspects Xiao Yanmin, Li Lin, Li Hong, Dong Shuqin, Zhang Jinmei, Cheng Kehua, Song Xinhua, Dong Guiqin, Ma Li, Yu Xiuping, Li Yingmin, Sun Yuhua, Liu Xijia and Chen Bo who were transferred for examination and prosecution by the Nankang Branch of the Liaoyuan Municipal Public Security Bureau for examination and prosecution on suspicion of illegally absorbing deposits from the public. After accepting the case, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law, our court informed the criminal suspect of the procedural rights he enjoyed in accordance with the law on April 2, 2020; the criminal suspect was interrogated in accordance with the law, and all the case materials were reviewed, the facts and evidence of the case were verified, and the case was submitted to the Liaoyuan Municipal People's Procuratorate on April 3, 2020.
