In 1980, Kimura died in a gang fight, and Nomura naturally became the leader of Kudokai.
During his tenure as the leader of the group, Nomura continued to cultivate his cronies and consolidated his position in the gang.
In 1988, Nomura's parents passed away, and although he was an unconscious child, his parents, who had always doted on him, left him a property worth 700 million yen.
Nomura did not waste these resources, he converted all these properties into casinos, and then recruited powerful and wealthy people to gamble, weaving a huge web of interests for himself.
In 2008, the third generation of Kudo Kai died of illness, and at this time, Nomura Gou already had a rich network inside and outside the gang, so it was logical that he also became the fourth generation of Kudo Kai.
As Nomura became more powerful, Kudokai became more unscrupulous.

Looking at the dying nurse, the black-clothed killer left a sentence: "Who told you not to speak, offended our boss." Then he disappeared into the darkness of night.
It's just that the killer didn't expect that the nurse who was in trouble was rescued and sent to the hospital for rescue, and was out of danger.
And when she woke up and questioned the police later, she directly spit out three words: Nomura Gou.
Japan's first gangster boss to be sentenced to death
Goku Nomura has become a gang boss step by step from a casino horse boy, and his hands must be stained with a lot of blood.
In 1998, the president of the Kyushu Fisheries Association was shot and killed by a killer because he did not want to cooperate with Nomura.
In 2012, a police officer verbally abused Nomura during his interrogation of him, only to be beaten on his leg by a group of underworld on his way from work.
