No matter how good the performance is, it cannot cover up the hypocrisy of the United States

The annual Shangri-La Dialogue recently concluded in Singapore. It stands to reason that the Shangri-La Dialogue should have been an important opportunity to provide advice and build consensus and strength on the global security situation in the context of the complex security situation facing the international community, with regional conflicts and local wars constantly emerging.

The United States poses as a sincere communication and exchange, but in practice it does not, always creating yin and yang strange arguments in public. At the "incense meeting", US Secretary of Defense Austin performed hard and made a speech with the theme of "US leadership in the Indo-Pacific region". Judging from the relevant content, the United States has continued its consistent biased tone: treat itself, open the "beauty filter", full of praise, and strive to shape the United States into a leader and a defender of security and stability in the "Indo-Pacific region"; Dealing with other countries is full of ideological bias, portraying China as a threat and challenger to regional security.

No matter how good the performance is, it cannot cover up the hypocrisy of the United States

The world has seen how American politicians turn black and white upside down, thieves cries to catch thieves, and do nothing. Regarding the recent South China Sea plane incident, Austin once again hyped up, only exaggerating China's "dangerous interception action" against the US military aircraft, but said nothing about the premise that the US military aircraft broke into the training area of the Chinese ship formation to conduct reconnaissance; Blindly smearing and slandering, saying that China is the "resistance" encountered by the United States in realizing the "vision of peace, openness and prosperity" in the "Indo-Pacific region"; Repeatedly touching China's bottom line, on the one hand, declaring that the US policy towards Taiwan has not changed and is committed to the "one-China" policy, but on the other hand, it has poured dirty water on China that has caused tension in relations across the Taiwan Strait, and the beautiful name is "the United States is committed to maintaining stability and security in the Taiwan region"...

That's right, this is the robber logic of the United States, caught in self-touching, but without shame. Who the hell is manipulating hegemony while lying a lot? Not someone else, but the United States. Who is the biggest destroyer of the status quo of peace in the Taiwan Strait and the biggest troublemaker of peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region? Not another country, but the United States.

In recent years, the United States has frequently dispatched advanced warships and aircraft to the South China Sea to provoke troubles and act arbitrarily, and regularly implements "freedom of navigation" operations. The United States has also stepped up, increasing temporary and rotational deployments, setting up more military bases, and continuously strengthening its presence in the South China Sea. Even the common word "Asia-Pacific" has been forcibly changed by the United States to "Indo-Pacific" to shape the perception of favorable US strategic interests. One by one, no matter how the United States packages it, it cannot hide the background of confrontation and exclusivity, and cannot conceal the fact that it deliberately provokes relations between regional countries and safeguards hegemonic interests.

While vowing that it "does not support 'Taiwan independence,'" the US side has repeatedly supported and encouraged the "Taiwan independence" forces, helped the Taiwan authorities expand the so-called "international space," and vainly attempted to hollow out and hollow out the one-China principle. US congressmen and high-ranking US government officials have visited Taiwan many times, and the US side has continued to sell advanced weapons to Taiwan, concocted all kinds of Taiwan-related bills, and constantly encouraged other countries to interfere in China's internal affairs on Taiwan-related issues... On the occasion of the Shangri-La Dialogue, the US destroyer Zhong Yun and the Canadian frigate Montreal sailed through the Taiwan Strait and publicly hyped it, saying that the voyage was a "routine" activity carried out in the so-called "waters where the provisions of international law on freedom of navigation and overflight on the high seas apply" and reflected "the commitment of the United States and its allies and partners to a 'Free and Open Indo-Pacific.'"

No matter how good the performance is, it cannot cover up the hypocrisy of the United States

Such disregard for facts and nonsense with open eyes show the true intention of the US side to muddy the waters in the Asia-Pacific region. As for the bad behavior of US politicians who are full of words and turn black and white upside down, of course, China must unceremoniously expose and refute it. As Lieutenant General Jing Jianfeng, deputy chief of staff of the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission, said, "Leadership is not hegemony, status depends on action, and actions speak louder than empty talk." Of course, even if the United States performs hard, it cannot deceive other countries. As President Horta of Timor-Leste hit the nail on the head in his speech at the conference, "The view that some countries view China's development from the perspective of a 'frog at the bottom of the well' and that China is a regional and global threat is unconvincing." ”

Whether China is a global threat or not, the people of the world feel it most truly and have the most right to speak. In sharp contrast to the United States, Chinese Defense Minister Li Shangfu delivered a speech on the "China's New Security Initiative", focusing on the new security path of "dialogue rather than confrontation, partnership rather than alliance, and win-win rather than zero-sum", fully demonstrating China's sincere attitude of being willing to maintain communication and exchanges with other countries. It is an indisputable fact that China has always been an advocate, promoter and defender of Asia-Pacific regional cooperation, and it cannot be changed by US politicians simply fabricating a few lies.

No matter how good the performance is, it cannot cover up the hypocrisy of the United States

The Asia-Pacific region is a hot land for cooperation and development, not a geopolitical chess game. If a country with super strength insists on holding the Cold War mentality and wants to manipulate other countries by hegemony, it is destined to become a world leader and make no so-called contribution to global development and progress, and in the end it will only go to the opposite side of more peace-loving countries. But presumably American politicians cannot listen to such bitter words.
