Congratulations on the successful conclusion of the 8th "Buckingham Cup" Youth Calligraphy and Painting On-site Creation Competition!

On the morning of June 4th, 122 primary and secondary school students gathered in the lobby of the first floor of Hefei Buckingham Grand Hotel, splashing ink on the spot, showing their achievements in calligraphy and painting. The 8th "Buckingham Jue Cup" Youth Calligraphy and Painting On-site Creation Competition is co-sponsored by Hefei Buckingham Jue Hotel and Anhui Youth Calligraphy and Painting Institute.

The competition was divided into two projects, calligraphy and painting, and local calligraphers were invited to guide the contestants in their creation and commentary. At the competition site, the calligraphy and painting works showed the inheritance and transmission of Chinese traditional culture and the positive style of the times.

Finally, after on-site evaluation by the judges and teachers, the judging team finally selected 6 first prizes, 12 second prizes, 24 third prizes and 80 excellence awards.

Through this activity, it provides a good platform for young people to show and improve themselves, which not only helps to cultivate young people's interest in traditional culture, but also helps to channel young people's love of calligraphy to the professional direction, and guides primary and secondary school students and social calligraphy and painting lovers in the city to love traditional calligraphy and painting, thereby enhancing cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence.
