Sergio Ramos has confirmed he will leave Paris Saint-Germain when his contract expires this summer.

The experienced centre-back joined Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer from Real Madrid and is expected to make his 58th appearance for France in Saturday's season final against Clermontfort.
