On June 1, the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held a symposium with Halcyon Group to communicate face-to-face, jointly study and solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the promotion of the Zhaotong Hydropower Silicon Circular Economy Project of Hesheng Silicon Industry, and accelerate the pace of project construction.
Yang Chengxin, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, presided over the meeting. Luo Liguo, Chairman of Halcyon Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Hesheng Silicon Zhaotong Hydropower Silicon Circular Economy Project is a key industrial project introduced by the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and is an important base for Yunnan to build the integration of green hydropower silicon processing. On behalf of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, Yang Chengxin extended a warm welcome to Luo Liguo and his entourage. He said that the Halcyon Silicon Zhaotong Hydropower Silicon Circular Economy Project was not easy to come by, and the municipal party committee and municipal government have always attached great importance to it and promoted the project as a key project. In the next step, it is hoped that the two sides will further strengthen communication and coordination, work together to solve existing problems, and accelerate project construction. All relevant departments at all levels should further unify their thinking, enhance their understanding, strengthen their confidence and determination, learn from successful experiences, strengthen coordination and cooperation, and ensure that the project is completed and put into production as soon as possible.
Luo Liguo said that he will further strengthen communication and docking and work together to promote project construction.
