In order to thoroughly publicize and promote the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, guide the majority of families to pay attention to family education, give full play to the all-round service force of the six-in-one, create a good atmosphere of care for minors in the whole region, and escort the healthy growth of minors. On the evening of June 1, 2023, the launching ceremony of the 2023 Minors Protection Publicity Month in Tong'an District and the theme activity of "June 1st" Children's Day were successfully held in Powerlong Plaza, Tong'an District. More than 300 people, including members of the Commission, teenagers, children, and residents, attended the event.

Wang Jinglan, deputy director of the District Uninsured Office and deputy director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, stressed that the protection of minors is a systematic social project, which requires the joint efforts of all departments and units and the strong support of all sectors of society. Brush painting the rule of law in the heart, song and dance show youthful style
Certificates and gifts were specially presented to the children who participated in the "Striving for a New Journey, Protecting the Future Together" - Tong'an District 2023 Painting Collection Activity on the Protection of Minors. The children used their brushes to paint a beautiful picture of the pluralistic protection of minors in Yincheng. At the same time, some works of this call for papers were also exhibited at the event site, guiding young people to watch and learn and popularize knowledge of the rule of law.
