(Observer Network News) Under the "escort" of the Hong Kong National Security Law, Hong Kong's "anti-China chaos in Hong Kong" organizations have announced the dissolution or suspension of operations, And Hong Kong's "Sing Tao Network" quoted news on the 24th that the "612 Humanitarian Support Fund" that earlier supported the black rioters indicated that it would stop operating, and one of its trusts, Canadian "Hong Kong independence" singer He Yunshi's repeated actions before and after the Hong Kong National Security Law, have attracted the attention of law enforcement departments.

According to reports, Ho Yunshi has become increasingly active and radical in recent years, and her act of taking office has not even stopped because of the entry into force of the Hong Kong National Security Law, so it is considered to involve "anti-China chaos in Hong Kong".

Her political activities included public support for the opposition's "primary election" for the Legislative Council election on 11 July 2020, the platform for participants Joshua Wong, Shum Ao-fai, Jum Kai-di, Yuen Ka-wai, Ho Kwai-lan and Cheung Kun-yeung on the day of the "primary", and appealing to the public to participate in the "vote". The opposition's "primary election" has long been suspected of violating Hong Kong's national security law, 47 participants have been arrested, and other individuals or organizations involved in the activity may also face different forms of accountability.

The source pointed out that He Yunshi may be investigated not only after the Hong Kong National Security Law came into effect (11 o'clock on the 30th) or related actions related to the ordinance, but also other suspected illegal events are also likely to be included.

It is reported that in addition to Hong Kong, He Yunshi is also involved in overseas activities.

In July 2019, She attended a meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, where she made Hong Kong-related remarks, claiming that "Hong Kong police shot at unarmed demonstrators" and falsely claiming that she wanted to remove China from the human rights conference.

In September of the same year, U.S. House Speaker Pelosi held a press conference with members of the House of Representatives from both parties on the so-called "Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019", and Ho Yun-shi and Joshua Wong were invited to participate. When She attended the US Congressional hearing, she called on the US Congress to pass the so-called "Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act", and she colluded with US members of Congress to compile a false collective attitude of Hong Kong society towards the bill. On the afternoon of 29 July, the "Hong Kong independence" and "Taiwan independence" forces held a so-called "pro-Hong Kong" parade in Taipei, and when He Yunshi arrived at the scene to accept an interview with the media, she was splashed red paint by members of the "China Reunification Promotion Party" on the island. Afterwards, some Taiwanese netizens said: "These thugs are not welcome anywhere they go!" ”

According to the report, He Yunshi actively participated in the "anti-amendment" riot activities, and the "612 Humanitarian Support Fund" of which she served as a trustee, as one of the "four small shareholders" who continued to "transfuse blood" for the demonstrators behind the scenes, continued to provide financial, medical, legal and other assistance to the rioters.

The "612 Humanitarian Support Foundation" was set up specifically to raise funds for the violent activities in the "Amendment Storm". It was established on June 15, 2019, to support all demonstrators who were "injured" and "arrested" for their involvement in violence. The foundation is temporarily trusted by Ho Yun-shi, Wu Ai-yi, Hui Baoqiang and He Xiulan, all of whom are "Hong Kong independence elements" with certain influence. The foundation raised more than HK$80 million in aid.

Therefore, whether the organization and operation of the fund is fully legal is the focus of future investigations by law enforcement agencies, including whether the fund is registered as an association or company, and its financial operation. The Secretary for Security of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Tang Ping-keung, said recently that even if the opposition or anti-China chaos organizations in Hong Kong are dissolved, it does not mean that what has been committed before will not be prosecuted.

According to the Observer Network, the United States has disregarded the resolute opposition of the Chinese government and people to sign the so-called "Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act" into law in November 2019. However, He Yunshi was proud of this and took a photo with Joshua Wong to record a copy of the "bill" sent by the United States.
