1 Zou Shunming, Chen Lanping, Liu Xianping serious disciplinary violations.
Zou Shunming, male, Han ethnicity, Hubei Zhongxiang people, born in December 1962, began working in July 1984, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1984, in December 2014 as the secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the provincial Yangtze River Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd.
Chen Lanping, male, Han ethnicity, Hubeishan people, born in August 1964, began working in July 1986, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1991, and served as deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of the provincial Yangtze River Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. in December 2014.
Liu Xianping, male, Han ethnicity, Hubei Tianmen people, born in March 1960, began working in October 1977, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1983, in December 2014 as the deputy general manager of the provincial Yangtze River Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd.
After investigation, Zou Shunming, Chen Lanping, and Liu Xianping violated state laws and regulations by dereliction of duty and dereliction of duty in the business activities of state-owned enterprises, causing heavy losses to state-owned assets and suspected of committing crimes of abuse of power. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant provisions, after deliberation by the Standing Committee meeting of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the Standing Committee meeting of the Provincial CPC Committee for approval, it was decided to give Zou Shunming, Chen Lanping, and Liu Xianping the punishment of expulsion from the party; upon the provincial supervision department to the provincial government for approval, the three people were dismissed from public office; and the three suspected criminal issues and clues were transferred to the judicial organs for handling according to law.
2 Wu Yuanxin serious disciplinary violation case.
Wu Yuanxin, male, Han ethnicity, from Wuhan, Hubei Province, born in July 1957, began working in January 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in October 1980, and became the Party Secretary of Wuhan Institute of Technology in June 2007.
After investigation, Wu Yuanxin seriously violated political discipline and resisted organizational review; violated organizational discipline by not truthfully explaining problems in his written reply to the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission's letter and petition notice; and took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others and accept money and property, and was suspected of accepting bribes.
As a leading cadre with party membership, Wu Yuanxin seriously violated political discipline and political rules, organizational discipline, and state laws, with serious circumstances and a bad nature.
In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant provisions, after deliberation by the Standing Committee meeting of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial CPC Committee for approval, it was decided to give Wu Yuanxin the punishment of expulsion from the party and dismissal from public office; terminate his qualifications as a deputy to the Tenth Provincial Party Congress; and transfer his suspected criminal issues, clues, and money and materials involved to the judicial organs for handling according to law.
3 Kong Fanxin serious disciplinary case.
Kong Fanxin, male, Han ethnicity, native of Handan, Hebei Province, born in November 1963, began working in October 1981, joined the Communist Party of China in August 1983, and served as a member of the Party Group of the Huangshi Municipal Government in April 2014, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone.
After investigation, Kong Fanxin violated political discipline and resisted organizational review; violated organizational discipline by taking advantage of his position to help others obtain career establishments in violation of regulations; violated honest discipline, used the influence of his position to illegally profit by borrowing and collecting interest, and accepted travel arrangements that might affect the fair performance of official duties; took advantage of his position to seek profits for others and accept property and property, whose property and expenditures clearly exceeded their legitimate income, whose differences were huge and could not be explained, and who were suspected of accepting bribes and other crimes.
As a leading cadre who is a party member, Kong Fanxin has lost his ideals and convictions, seriously violated party discipline and state law, and is of a bad nature and serious circumstances.
In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant provisions, after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial CPC Committee for approval, it was decided to give Kong Fanxin the punishment of expulsion from the party; upon the approval of the Provincial Supervision Department, it was decided to give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; and his suspected criminal issues and clues were transferred to the judicial organs for handling according to law.
4 Liu Jianghua serious disciplinary violations.
Liu Jianghua, male, Han ethnicity, Hubei Hanchuan people, born in January 1962, began working in October 1978, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985, in January 2015 as the party secretary and director of the provincial Shayang Prison Administration.
