After coming to Zhuhai, I have been asking to understand, and I am also searching on the Internet, which temples in Zhuhai are representative and the most enlightened? Finally, it was decided that you should go to Jintai Temple and Putuo Temple.
Jintai Temple is located on the mountainside of Doumen Huangyang Mountain, I heard that it used to be called Jintai Jingshe, Huangyang Mountain is 583 meters above sea level, and is known as the first peak at the gateway of the Pearl River.
It is said that at the end of the Southern Song Dynasty, when the loyal courtiers of the Song Dynasty failed to resist the Yuan at Yamen, the general Zhang Shijie led the rest of the army to break through the siege, and died in a violent wind at sea, and his body drifted to the foot of Huangyang Mountain, where he was buried by the villagers at the foot of the mountain. The widow Chengjie attendant Zhao Shicong, Dali Temple Gong Xingqing, Hanlin bachelor Deng Guangjian and others built a thatched house to avoid the pursuit and killing of the Yuan soldiers and lived here, taking advantage of the intention of King Yan Zhao to build a "golden platform" in Yishui to summon the world's lofty people, and named it "Jintai Jingshe", in the name of reading, to resist the Yuan. Later Zhao's descendants renamed the "Jintai Essence House" to "Jintai Temple" for the monks' practice. These historical documents are very attractive to me.
In 1992, two old Hong Kong residents were particularly fond of the boxwood landscape, and they donated funds to rebuild Jintai Temple, and under the auspices of Master Hongru, they successively built the Daxiong Treasure Hall, the Tibetan Scripture Building, the Bell and Drum Tower, the Hall of Merit, the Guest Hall, the Storeroom, the Monk's Room, and the Hall of the Heavenly King, which began to take shape.
I went to Jintai Temple on April 1st, the weather was not very good, it was cloudy, I went to Doumen Ancient Street first, and then went to Jintai Temple on the way back. Guided by the navigation map, I saw an empty field with bare loess in the distance, which was very large. At that time I thought that the land had been expropriated, maybe it was doing three links and one level or something, but there was no fence? Later, after checking on the Internet, I realized that this is probably an emergency parking lot built by the government, because on holidays, especially the Spring Festival, the incense is strong and the traffic is large.
This should be the mountain gate of Jintai Temple, which is very unique and magnificent. Reading the door links on both sides of the "law is illegal and non-illegal, peace of mind is the law, and the door is convenient without a door", I think this door and this link is particularly suitable and interesting. Looking at the three words "Yuantong Gate" in the middle, I was almost shocked! I think of the "Yuantong Hall" of Zhaojue Temple in Chengdu, which is a temple with Han and Tibetan ties and secret cultivation.
I thought that it should not be far to go through the tunnel and go in, and I walked silently to take a look.

When I finally saw the reservoir, people talked about Jintai Temple, and they always talked about this Wangbao Reservoir, which is the local tap water. Because the long embankment was very monotonous, I didn't take a single photo, until I arrived at the parking lot in front of Jintai Temple, I had a good view and the scenery was clean, so I took a picture.

New enough to make people can't bear to touch, new to make people feel that there is no sense of history, new to make people feel that Zhuhai is really a treasure land, even the temple is so arrogant. This is the newest and most luxurious temple I have ever visited, so luxurious that I feel that I should not be to such a level as a temple, which shows the great heart of Hong Kong residents Wong Yongfa and Yang Lianjiao.
For many years, in various temples, I used to worship Buddha when I saw it, and most of the time I did not burn incense, but just bowed down sincerely, and meditated in my heart: Sincerity leads to spirit, so that everyone in the world can achieve what they want.
After worshipping the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in various temples, I came to the temple guest hall and habitually wanted to make a connection. I saw that there were many believers here, some were filling out forms, some were paying money, probably asking for something.
I waited for a while, but there were still no fewer people, so I couldn't help but lean in and ask: "May I ask if your temple receives lay people to practice?" ”
"Not accepted." After saying this, the other party was busy.
I suddenly felt that it was not a taste, turned around and left, and a sense of loneliness suddenly hit!
When I went up, I climbed a steep stone staircase, tired and sweaty; When I went down, in order to save effort to walk the winding mountain road, come to the parking lot of the temple gate feel physically and mentally exhausted, walk a few kilometers, go out to the boxwood avenue or Songcheng Avenue outside the mountain gate to take a car, I have no strength at all, just at the temple gate beckoned to hitchhike, after several failures or cheeky, finally a car with a fortune stopped, sat at the entrance of Songcheng Avenue, Amitabha Buddha, my Buddha compassion!
Remembering the Void Cloud Master during the Republic of China, in order to repay his parents' deep kindness, at the age of forty, he set his heart towards Wutai Mountain, raised incense from the Fahua Temple of Putuo Mountain, worshiped in three steps, I don't know how much suffering he suffered, and it took three years to reach Wutai Mountain.
