Li Xing: Lonely and Determined Life Breakthrough - Interpretation of the Female Poet Guo Shuping's Poetry Collection "Passing Through the Human World" Author's Introduction To The Lonely and Determined Life Breakthrough - Interpretation of the Female Poet Guo Shuping's Poetry Collection "Passing Through the Human World"

I am the prodigal son who has mistakenly fallen into the red dust

Whoever meets it is a mistake

I am a white fox who has been deceived

This trip, came the debt of the past life

I am a sexual encounter written by a scholar

At dawn, the smoke clears

This is the back cover poem of Guo Shuping's first poetry collection "White Fox", and I was amazed by its wide connotation and strange imagery! The verses seem to be plain as words, but the momentum is magnificent, and only these few sentences are enough to prove that Guo Shuping is a genius poet and a dazzling star in the poetry circles of Shaanxi and even China.

Her poems are different, bone-like, hard, affectionate, normal human desires, and suffering. But her suffering was deeply hidden by something religious. It has the ultimate height of meaning for writing, life, literature, religion. She is not like the average writer, wrapping herself in layers, with another face, facing the public. She is completely opening up her inner world, embracing true feelings, true meanings, and sincere thoughts. Her poems give people a feminine femininity and a wild wildness. In her poems, in her personality, there is the hardness and awe of a swordsman, the bravery and fierceness of hitting stones with pebbles, and the pain and courage of tearing the soul. The impact, collision, like an electric stone fire, directly hit the soul. The conflict between reason and sensibility, the conflict between spirit and flesh, the collision between hell and earth, the fusion of water and fire. Her poetic imagery is grand, raw, warm, lingering, cold, and has a splash of enthusiasm. There is a firm sense of life, between the guardian gods, between the warrior and the nun, that opposition, that impact, vast and sharp. This person is definitely a genius, and you don't recognize her as a genius, no.

However, her identity is that she is a "housewife" who has neither public office nor worked for others, and who is fully engaged in the husband and son.

Although the book "White Fox" is thin, the first one is extraordinary, attracting many admirers for her. She has lectured many times online and published poetry research articles, but it does not satisfy her poetry fans. Now, after many efforts, she has finally compiled and selected her poems in recent years into a book, called "Passing through the World". I admire her tireless efforts and rejoice and celebrate the publication of her new collection of poems!

The poetry collection "Passing Through the World" made me rethink the meaning and value of poetry: it is not a copy and reduction of the poet's experience and world events, nor is it a narrative of his own frustration and misfortune and pain; it is not a shortening of the long sentences to be spoken to hide the truth of his unbearable life; it is the spiritual perception of one after another in the long moments of life, the difficult endowment of flowing emotions, the pursuit and refinement of the meaning of ordinary life, the flower of the heart that radiates, the light of life that burns, and the breakthrough of man's life in the flesh. It is a struggle against ordinary life, and it is the search and confusion of non-secular meaning in secular life.

Let's look at the poem "Passing Through the World":

Lightning, pigeons, eagles

All the spears and shields in fate, cold and warm

All in time and space, reunited again

They blend with each other and are divided from each other

From each other's bones

Transport the blood left by the ancestors

They occasionally soar over the clouds and occasionally fly

Shoulder to shoulder in the wind and rain, the enemy under the rose

Touch a cup in the name of love, and bleed in the name of love

They are like wood that grows from the same root on a cliff

Kill each other with respect, and fight each other

Then dahua and harmony, hand in hand to pass through the human world

This is the poet's recognition and compassion for the different natures of life, and it is used to lead the main theme of the whole collection, the atmosphere is brilliant, pure and true.

She gave milk to her children

Send black to the years, fire to the night

Send millet seedlings and sweat to the fields

Only, leave the waddling to yourself

This is the poet's thoughts and tribute to his mother on a snowy night far from home. Feeding, hair, sweat, waddling, summing up all the hard work and dedication of a mother, evokes a deep sense of gratitude in the human heart.

Because of the mistake of being a woman, the poet's youth, youth, and adulthood have suffered many blows from fate: "In the secular river, lying for many years / The birds on the island sing crisply / But the peach blossoms have never bloomed." "Once the peach blossoms bloom / they will be more surging than this night", but "in this earthly world, there is no river / any piece of iron, a stone / can imprison a prodigal son, shoot a deer"... One can find the origin and hint of her pen name "Jungle Fawn". Deer are rarely aggressive tame animals, in the middle of the jungle, but the deer are clever and beautiful, so that the world, especially children, love. In Buddhism, the deer is also a spiritual object of auspiciousness, and it is the mount of the ancient Buddha who burns the lamp. And Guo Shuping happens to be a person who belongs to Buddhism and loves meditation, so that her poetry and her name have been unified and promoted.

She said:

Fate is a good doctor

It uses a sharp thorn

On my puffy body, one by one

Those dark blue and blackened abscesses

Break one, I shouted

Shout a lot

It became a tragic song

It helps me to release the accumulation, to release the frost of the years

Unleash that wild little beast

The harder it works, the more prosperous life becomes

The more filthy the pus that flowed out became

The cleaner my spine is."

Think of it as the poet's journey of suffering, or her unwillingness to go along with it. In the earthly world, she transformed into an eagle wearing a black robe to "cover the world". Black is an ominous color, the robe is the dress of an outsider, but she is willing to belittle herself, knowing white and black, knowing glory and humiliation, and being in red dust is not stained with dust. Red beans are a symbol of love in the Chinese cultural context, but the poet places it in the image of "cliffs, deserts, graves", "After the first life fell in love with you, I lost my ears and eyes / The second life lost my arms / The third life became a mute / The ninth life, there is only a relic", which metaphorically describes the difficulty of pursuing beautiful love and ideals! The loss of one's own life dreams again and again, such as the lingxiao flowers that can only bloom in an instant, the summer scenery of "one flower covering another prosperity".

In the poem "Nian", the poet says: "The thought that cannot be put down / is the beam of light that sways in the night", "the dust is the rose", but they "cannot settle down" and choose to be invisible, "floating and falling":

It's snowing! I will eventually leave

With an avalanche, a drop in the annual ring

In a storm, self-rotating

Sharp blades, knives dripping blood

Until it is cut off, the last sin

How pessimistic and desperate it is to see one's life as a self-rotating snowflake in a storm, and to see one's life as a sin! But life is not easy to give up, she needs to find a reason to live, so she still captures all the hope and beauty in the cycle of the four seasons, trying to make her soul "convert" in sharpness and sharpness. In religious belief, "refuge" is the decadent abandonment of fate after the struggle, the extinction, the obedience, the compromise, the "coming from the desolation, going into the vastness", the great enlightenment. However, she still has "thoughts that cannot be put down, like a beam of light swaying in the dark night."

Guo Shuping's poem exhausts the life state of a middle-aged woman whose body has been settled in place by society and life, but the fire of the soul is difficult to extinguish: Is this it? Rational judgment and emotional judgment are fighting, entangled. It is in the midst of this abandonment and struggle, the daily life and the miracle, the hope and the disappointment, that sensitivity is sensitive to the beauty of life like a flower, the opening and withering like a flower. In the darkness and pain, I look for even a little bit of green and light.

Guo Shuping's life is rich because of the ups and downs, and it is beautiful because of struggle, resistance and determination. Because life is in anticipation, it is always doubting the meaning of life. She said that she once wanted to enter the Buddhist gate: "When I was young, when everyone was busy with male and female love, I felt that it was not interesting to live in the red dust, and I wanted to cut my hair and become a nun and practice with all my heart"; she said: "I live by the spirit, if one day the spirit collapses, the person will be finished!" She said, "In this earthly world I wrap myself in layers, indestructible; in the words, I am naked, not hidden." It not only expresses her consistent adherence to her personal beliefs, but also shows her extraordinary thoughts and extraordinary talents as an intellectual woman. Writing poetry made her famous and outstanding, but it also became evidence of her restlessness: what a "housewife" wrote and had so many fans online, so much fame. The female poet of the remaining nature can gain the reputation of a strivers who strive for self-improvement because of her disability, but she is not only in good health, but also looks above the middle person.

In essence, she is a person who knows self-love and insists on self-respect, not only does not enter the mainstream literary world, but also stays away, even the gestures of the powerful and rich who like her extraordinary temperament and poetry, she also refuses. She stubbornly lives in her own world, clinging to loneliness and self. On the road of her life, there are many crazy acts that cannot escape into the empty door, and she also expresses a distinct idea and thought of "escaping the world but dust" in her poems. In my impression, such a poet who treats fame and fortune with worry and fear, especially female poets, is very rare. On the contrary, in order to enter the system and join the ranks of poets, there are a few female authors of "half a bottle" who do not hesitate to "feed the tiger with their bodies", let alone let their dignity and personality be entrusted.

What was she afraid of? What to worry about? Can the reason here be explained by words such as "conservative" or "high"?!

Guo Shuping, enigmatic woman, enigmatic poet!
