Mod author Jedi Josh920 developed a paid mod for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor that puts PC players as Anakin Skywalker, the Black Knight Darth Vader.

This mod not only brings a character model of Vader, but also his unique Force abilities as well as attack moves.
Again, this is a paid mod that requires a Patreon donation to use it. It's not clear if the mod will eventually be available to everyone, but it's possible that other mod authors will launch their own free Darth Vader mods as well.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor recently introduced new patches that improve the game's performance, but unfortunately, the PC version still has stuttering.
