In order to promote the standardized operation and high-quality development of social organizations in the four cities of Chengde Meizi and guide social organizations to actively and effectively participate in grass-roots social governance, the opening ceremony of the Training Demonstration Project for Backbone Talents training of backbone talents of Chengde Meizi Social Organizations organized by the Chengdu Social Work Association was recently held in Rong. The project was supported by the central government to support social organizations to participate in the social service project (2021), and the relevant leaders of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau, and the relevant responsible persons of the social organization registration organs of the four cities of Chengde Meizi attended the opening ceremony.
After preliminary registration, qualification review and selection, 100 backbone talents of social organizations from Chengdu, Deyang, Meishan and Ziyang will receive a 6-day professional training. The content of this training includes the interpretation of relevant policies of social organizations, the management and development of social organizations, and the frontier topics of social organizations, and is carried out by combining expert theoretical teaching, exchange and discussion activities, and on-site case teaching.
At the opening ceremony, Shen Chao, deputy director of the Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau, introduced the relevant requirements of the training, and hoped that the trainees could gain some understanding in the training and be able to think and do something in practice. Subsequently, the leaders in charge of the Deyang, Meishan and Ziyang Civil Affairs Bureaus also made speeches on the theme of "strengthening the management of social organizations and promoting the participation of social organizations in grass-roots social governance".
It is reported that this training is also one of the important contents of the strategic cooperation between the registration organs of Chengde Meizi social organizations and the city. In the future, the registration organs of social organizations in the four places of Chengde meizi will continue to cooperate in six aspects, such as enhancing the joint force of social organizations and party building, establishing a joint meeting system of the four places, building a social organization exchange platform, jointly promoting the cultivation and development of social organizations, strengthening regional comprehensive supervision and linkage, and jointly building a professional talent development system.
