Solution: The laser power setting is too small to cause the laser tube to produce light effect is not obvious, please check whether the laser power is set incorrectly, the minimum power needs to be guaranteed to be above 10%, too low power will cause the energy at the spot to be too low

Failure to maintain the equipment on time, resulting in mirrors or focusing mirrors not transmitting or reflecting light

Solution: Check whether the optical path mirror and lens transmittance are good, refer to the tutorial "Check whether the laser head and focusing lens are locked"

The laser optical path is shifted, which will cause the laser to hit the inside of the laser head or inside the device, and the light cannot be emitted

Workaround: Refer to the tutorial "Check if the laser optical path is offset"

This fault is limited to equipment with optocoupler isolators installed

A faulty optocoupler isolator causes the outlet signal to fail to transmit to the laser power supply

Solution: If the optocoupler isolator is installed on the device, the optocoupler isolator can be removed first and the signal line can be directly connected to the laser power supply

Workaround:

Special attention: high pressure hazard

The laser power supply generates high voltage during operation

Even when the power supply of the machine is disconnected, there will still be high voltage inside the power supply and in the position of the high voltage positive connector and the laser tube high voltage positive connector

When operating the following steps, please ensure that the high voltage positive connector and the laser tube high voltage positive connector are away from the human body and the machine housing

Confirm that the laser switch is turned on and check that the power LED is lit on the laser power supply panel located on the left (or rear side) of the machine

A: The power LED is off:

Please check whether the laser power wiring is loose, if loose, tighten it

The laser power supply may be faulty

B: The power LED is lit:

The laser power supply is normal

Pull out the green terminal (photocoupler).

Press the red test button on the laser power supply to observe whether the current on the display changes and if the laser appears on the laser tube when the button is pressed

If your device's laser power supply has an indicator light with the word "LASER", the indicator light should illuminate when the test button is pressed to indicate the output laser power

If the current does not change and the laser tube does not emit light, it may be a laser power supply failure or a laser tube failure, please carefully observe whether there are damage, leakage, burn marks inside the laser tube, and observe whether there is a sharp current sound inside the power supply or the laser head high voltage interface when the laser power test button is pressed
