The 35th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Qiannan Prefecture elected Han Hui as a deputy to the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province. The 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province confirmed that Han Hui's qualifications as a deputy were valid on the basis of the report submitted by the Qualification Examination Committee for Deputies.
Mo Jiangtao, a deputy to the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province, died. Mo Jiangtao's qualifications for representation were naturally terminated.
The Standing Committee of the Guiyang Municipal People's Congress decided to accept Han Yong's resignation as a deputy to the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province. The Standing Committee of the Qiannan Prefecture People's Congress decided to remove Wang Fuyu from his post as a deputy to the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at All Levels, Han Yong and Wang Fuyu's qualifications as deputies were terminated.
Up to now, the 13th People's Congress of Guizhou Province has 590 deputies.
