Located on the southeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Hengduan Mountain Range is the dividing line of the first and second steps, and is one of the youngest folded mountain systems in the world, the longest, widest and most typical north-south mountain system in China, and the only area with both Pacific and Indian Ocean water systems.
Seven stretching mountains and six rushing rivers (also said to add seven rivers including the Dulong River) combine to create a unique landscape of mountains, deep valleys and rivers.
Among them, the main peak of the Sharu Mountains, Mount Gnie, is known as the "Heart of the Hengduan Mountains".

Mount Gnie, the highest peak of Mount Shaluli, is the highest peak in Kornan at 6,204 meters above sea level.
It is located in the middle of the Hengduan Mountain Range, located in Litang County, Kardze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, parallel to the Boshula Ridge and Thaniantaong Mountain in the west, and Daxue Mountain and other mountain ranges in the east.

Gednie, known as "Gyamarepa in Tibetan", is the 13th goddess of the 24 sacred mountains of Tibetan Buddhism in China and one of the eight sacred places of the Vajra Mythology.

It's winter, the snow closes the mountains, the white snow obliterates everything, and the whole world seems to fall into hibernation.
