The owner of a luxury apartment reported a shocking discovery after opening a rented room to find it littered with garbage. The tenant is a beautiful young woman (who identifies as a graphic model) who has been renting a room for four months and claims that she was unable to clean the room because she had breast augmentation.
Yesterday, the owner of the high-end apartment reported through the "Morning Tales" social page that they were renting a room to a young woman for 10,000 baht per month for a year. For the past year, the woman has been paying rent as agreed.
However, between February and April, tenants failed to pay rent. The owner contacted her to settle the rent arrears or move out of the house, and the woman agreed to pay off the debt in installments. The host generously allowed her to do so. Despite these arrangements, the young tenant disappeared again, and the landlord could not contact her.
Out of concern, the owner decided to check the room, only to find it in jaw-dropping condition. Instead of the once well-maintained apartment, the room has become a storage room full of rubbish – used sanitary napkins, food waste, and even a refrigerator full of rotten items and crawling maggots. The bathroom is also like a garbage dump.
After further contact with the guest, the young woman told her that she could not pay off her debt and that she needed more time. She also said that due to recent breast augmentation surgery, she is currently unable to collect her belongings. However, the landlord was unwilling to wait any longer and insisted on terminating the tenancy agreement. The young woman insisted she would not be able to come to retrieve her belongings or move away anytime soon.
The owner announced that all the young woman's belongings had been stored in the common area of the apartment and warned her that if she did not go to pick it up, she would be discarded as garbage. Despite providing all the necessary details and instructions, the tenant still did not respond.
The landlord confessed that he was shocked at the time, and did not expect a beautiful young woman to live such a life. According to Thai media outlet Sanook, the landlord said it was reminiscent of what only happened on the news, but never thought it would happen to them.
