The Buka first-class highway project starts at the intersection of provincial highway S227 in Burzin County and Birch Shoganggu Road in Burzin County in Altay Prefecture, and ends at the inspection and quarantine station on the north side of Burzin Kanas Airport.
The road passes through natural landscapes such as the Gobi, mountains, lakes and grasslands, and connects famous scenic spots such as Wucai Beach, Agungeti Steppe Stone People and Kanas.
The route adopts the standard design of two-way 4-lane first-class highway, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour in plain areas and 80 kilometers per hour in mountain areas.
