At present, two 12-class kindergartens have completed the main engineering construction and are preparing for decoration and installation projects, which are expected to be completed in 2023, and the other two 9-class kindergartens are under construction and are expected to be completed in 2024.

The Jindaoying urban reform involves a total renovation area of nearly 500 acres, and the project is located between the west side of Beijing Road and Panlongjiang, opposite Jinquan Auto Square, and was included in the Kunming urban reform list as early as 2008, but the demolition and relocation work did not start until after 2018.
In August 2020, the first batch of about 130 mu of land for the Jindaoying Urban Reform Project was successfully transferred, and Yunnan Jingrui Tongshun Real Estate Co., Ltd., jointly established by Yunnan Tongde Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Kunming Shunlong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Midea Southwest Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., won the first batch of about 130 mu of land for Jindaoying Urban Reform at a price of 1.27 billion yuan, including three residential land and one commercial land.
