The representative of the internship of college students of Shi Liang Law School of Changzhou University reviewed and summarized the experience of the internship in the past month. This year, the college sent more than 30 students to Wujin Court for internship, the largest number of interns ever. This internship enhanced the students' confidence and courage to adhere to the belief in the rule of law, cultivate moral character and cultivation, and also stimulated the students' initiative to strengthen investigation and research, integrate theory with practice, and cultivate strong skills. Starting from the three issues of "what kind of rule of law talents should be cultivated", "how to cultivate rule of law talents" and "promoting the cultivation of rule of law talents in depth and practicality", he put forward requirements for the training standards and training methods of talents, and pointed out the direction and path for future cooperation between courts and universities.
