Recently, visitors to the Tiger Beach Coral Pavilion can often see tourists taking photos with a group of small blue fish. The small fish are mostly about 20 cm, with a small mouth, a bright royal blue color, and a distinct pale disc-shaped black band, and the tail is bright yellow. According to the keepers, this group of small fish is a recently introduced yellow-tailed secondary spinytail.

Yellow-tailed parasynchnoids are mainly found in Indonesia, the Maldives and the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific, and near the reef, they form a protective layer, and each member of the group has a sharp and poisonous red tail spine to deal with potential predators, so few predators will dare to enter the center of the fish to hunt.
